1. About the Gallery

Gallery ThirtyThree is a contemporary art gallery showcasing artworks, artists, exhibitions and creative projects. This website is intended for information, viewing and enquiry purposes.

We do not offer online shipping or postal delivery of artworks. All artwork viewings, purchases and collections are arranged directly with the gallery.

2. Artwork Enquiries

Artwork displayed on this website may be available for purchase or enquiry. Availability, pricing and further details can change without notice.

If you are interested in an artwork, please contact us directly. A member of the gallery team will provide further information and discuss any next steps.

3. Artwork Representation

We aim to display artwork images, descriptions and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.

Viewing artwork in person is recommended where possible.

4. Purchases and Collection

Artwork sales are agreed directly between the gallery and the buyer.

The gallery does not provide online shipping or postal delivery. Collection arrangements, payment terms and any other requirements will be agreed individually before completion of a sale.

5. Copyright

All artwork images, photographs, text and website content are protected by copyright.

Artwork copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
